A large textured crocheted scrunchie to accessorise your wrists, ponytails and ballerina buns.

Handcrafted from natural mohair and silk in South London by Bella from Knotts Studio.

Each scrunchie is crocheted by hand, taking just under 3 hours to make from start to finish.

Every scrunchie is designed and crocheted by hand by Bella, from her home studio in South London - no machine can replicate crochet, so every piece is made by hand, stitch by stitch.

Over 1,550 Stitches Per Piece

Each scrunchie takes around two and a half hours to make from start to finish, with the elastic band handmade and every label hand-stitched on.

Bella is the London-based designer behind Knotts Studio, crafting elegant, tactile pieces one at a time from her home studio in South London. Coming from a background in graphic design and sign painting, she started Knotts in October 2023, drawn to work that could flex around raising her two young children.

Each mohair scrunchie is entirely handmade - crocheted with over 1,550 stitches, with the elastic bands made by hand and every label carefully hand-stitched on. Since crochet can't be replicated by machine, every piece carries the trace of the hands that made it - something Bella sees as central to Knotts' ethos of fair, considered manufacturing.
