Fleur Remedies was founded by Fleur Thomas, who began exploring alternative approaches to healing after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease in 2020. Her studies in naturopathy and holistic health deepened her understanding of the body - but it was discovering flower remedies and gently tending to her own emotional landscape, that changed things for her.
After witnessing meaningful shifts in herself and later in family and friends, Fleur trained as a practitioner so she could share this gentle approach with others.
